The name of this product series comes from the Latin word "fruit," which is said to be the origin of the word, and means "a blessing given by nature."
The design was created by Gunvor Olin-Glonqvist, who is also known as the designer of the popular Kosmos, and the cross-sections of fruit that cover the entire plate make it look like a painting.
