・About the product

Most of the products we carry in our store are second-hand items that have been cherished in Scandinavian homes, and were manufactured and sold using methods and standards that differ from current quality standards.

Other common marks from cutlery use and scratches from stacking dishes are also commonly seen.

We will try to list any noticeable scratches or stains as much as possible, but there may be some that we cannot list. We hope you will understand that all of these are part of the history that has passed since the item was last created, the texture of vintage items, and the individuality of each item.

We try to provide detailed information about the condition of the product on the product page, but there are some things that cannot be fully conveyed in words or captured in photographs.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as the product being different from what you expected after it has been delivered.

If you have any concerns, no matter how small, please contact us and we will do our best to answer them to the best of our ability.
